The most famous roulette story has to be that of Chris Boyd, a 40 year-old computer programmer from England. In January of 1994, Chris followed his dream to the casinos of Las Vegas for the ultimate roulette spin. Chris managed to save up 0,000 and he decided to put it on one spin of the wheel. It took him much time to find in Las Vegas a casino, in which he could place such a bet. Having got refusals in most of the casinos Chris went to Binion’s Horseshoe Club, which was the last casino he visited. The Horseshoe Club had a limit of 0,000 on a red/black bet, but they agreed to accept his wager. The casino also agreed to block out the double-zero on the wheel as this didn’t exist in the European version of the game that Chris was used to playing. Chris chose to place his bet on red. The casino and the dealer agreed to a few practice spins to ensure that full fairness for everyone concerned, and then the big spin came. The ball landed in number 7, red. Chris won 0,000 instantly, and asked for the money to be put into the casinos cage, and vowed never to gamble again.

Online and real Roulette tables don’t differ from each other. You have the 36 numbers and zero or zeroes laid out and around them you have the variety and assortment of outside bets which you can make. Most online roulette games feature exactly the same table.
As a rule the color of the Roulette table in online casino is green. The only concern with the online roulette table is that there are not too many people playing there because if that is the case and there are simply way too many chips flying around everywhere, not only will it start to get confusing but arguments may break out over which chips belong to whom. The main feature is lower bet limits. If you have never played online Roulette before you should get acquainted with bet limits. There are upper table limits as well, typically varying for every type of bet in a fixed proportion. The betting table consists of two parts. They are inside and outside parts. A bet on individual numbers or on a combination of numbers is places on the inside table, a bet on non-numeric conditions is placed on the outside table. The inside table. The inside table is simply a table of sequential numbers, 3 columns each representing a dozen. The zero (and double zero for American roulette) can be found above this table, and the column bet fields are below (they technically belong to the outside table). The outside table is attached to the right or left side of the inside table. There is a minimum limit for inside bets, players can make lower bets. The outside table. The outside table encompasses special bets - there are no numbers in this table. The bet amount on the outside table can’t be lower the minimum limit. The three squares attached to the inside table represent dozens. Betting on each dozen wins when any number within that dozen is played out. The next row is comprised of three pairs of cubicles. The outer squares are the "high/low bets": you can bet either on low (1 to 18) or high (19 to 36) half of the numbers. The counterpart of high/low is "odd/even": you bet on odd or even numbers respectively. The innermost squares are indeed "red/black": similar to the bets above, you respectively bet on red or black numbers. A "column bet" is a bet on either of three columns of 12 numbers when the chips are placed in the column squares under the number table. Remember that any bet in the outside table excludes zero and double zero. Consider this if you are planning on a strategy. |
The game of European Roulette is played by spinning a small ball on a round wheel. The wheel has thirty-seven numbered slots. When the wheel stops, the ball stops in one of the slots. The objective of the game is to guess the number on which the ball will stop. If you predict the number of the section in which the ball stops, you win. The winning amount is dependable on the bet and the bet amount.

The first and the most common mistake is not setting a bank roll limit. When you go in the casino take only that sum of money you can afford to spend and leave the rest of your money and all credit or deposit cards at home. When you spend your entire bank roll move on and find something else to do, don't bother getting emotionally involved with the games you're playing because it's the quickest way to spend much more money! The reason of losing can be the fact that players don’t know the game well enough. The casino loves to fill their guests and customers with free booze of all types and kinds. Drinking impairs your judgement and gets you emotionally involved within the game thus losing feels worse, and most importantly you won't be able to play using scientifically proven strategies that shrink the odds of the casino winning. The third mistake is drinking while playing casino games. Whatever you do, don't gamble if you are going to be drinking. It just makes no sense and just drains your bank roll! You can always find a better casino with better odds, bonuses, promotions and conditions for players. The last mistake is spread among new players. They don’t know well how to play and they believe that they can win if they stick to the strategy of other players. This is the most stupid mistake. Play your own way and never stick to strategies of other gamblers.
