Chris Boyd seemed to be the craziest gambler in history. In January of 1994, Chris followed his dream to the casinos of Las Vegas for the ultimate roulette spin. Chris had 0,000 and he wanted to bet it on one spin of the wheel. It wasn’t very easy to find a casino that would let him make such a huge bet. Most casinos refused him. The last casino he visited was Binion’s Horseshoe Club. The Horseshoe Club had a limit of 0,000 on a red/black bet, but they agreed to accept his wager. The casino also agreed to block out the double-zero on the wheel as this didn’t exist in the European version of the game that Chris was used to playing. Chris placed all his money on red. The casino and the dealer agreed to a few practice spins to ensure that full fairness for everyone concerned, and then the big spin came. The ball landed in number 7, red. Chris won 0,000 instantly, and asked for the money to be put into the casinos cage, and vowed never to gamble again.

Playing Roulette In Online Casino. In the world of casino games, roulette is a classic. Roulette is an obligatory element, along with blackjack and craps,in any full service casino in the United States, but in France it's much more popular as roulette is a cultural and historical part of the gambling scene. In Europe people have been playing roulette since the 18th century and nowadays online roulette games are popular all over the world. Modern roulette has been around since at least 1796, when the game was played in Paris in almost exactly the same form it's played today. Roulette comes from multiple other games. To make a modern roulette game an Italian ball game called "biribi" and another wheel game that involved colors but not numbers were combined. The English game "Roly-poly" which consisted of black and white slots was launched in 1720. So roulette could possibly be considered a hybrid of both birib and Roly-poly. To understand a game is to enjoy it. Only in case you understand game you can enjoy it. Your strategy or your odds won't change if you know the game but the amount of pleasure you take away from the tables will increase.

The game of European Roulette is played by spinning a small ball on a round wheel. The wheel has thirty-seven numbered slots. When the wheel stops, the ball stops in one of the slots. The objective of the game is to guess the number on which the ball will stop. The player wins if he has predicted the number right. The winning amount is dependable on the bet and the bet amount.

The first and the most common mistake is not setting a bank roll limit. When you go and visit a casino only take a certain amount of money with you for gambling purposes, and leave all your plastic cards at home. If you have spent all the money you had you’d better leave the casino and occupy yourself with something different. The second and the most amusing mistake is that players don’t know the rules of the game they play. So, before going to the casino and playing any game make sure you know the rules, all possible bets and etiquette. The reason of losing can be the fact that players don’t know the game well enough. Different kinds of drinks are offered for free in some gambling houses. Drinking impairs your judgement and gets you emotionally involved within the game thus losing feels worse, and most importantly you won't be able to play using scientifically proven strategies that shrink the odds of the casino winning. The next most common mistake is drinking alcohol during the game. Whatever you do, don't gamble if you are going to be drinking. It just makes no sense and just drains your bank roll! You can always find a better casino with better odds, bonuses, promotions and conditions for players. Players who haven’t work out their own strategy of playing think that the way other gamblers play can help them to win. This is a very serious mistake. Play your own way and never stick to strategies of other gamblers.
